Refund policy

For Health and Hygiene reasons there can be no returns on unwanted or change of mind orders.

However, should your item arrive damaged or broken please contact us at hello@littlelisstudio.com or 0412812251 within 7 days of receiving your goods so we can arrange replacement

Whilst polymer clay is flexible, please do not be tempted to bend your earrings. It is still classed as a fragile material, so if they are broken while in your care, I am not responsible for a refund or replacement.
